Team
Habtamu Zelelew, Ph.D., P.E.
President & CEO
Dr. Zelelew has more than ten years of engineering experience working in a variety of professional contexts. He has a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience including academia, private sector, and as a contractor to the federal government. His academic credentials include degrees from distinguished universities in Africa, Asia, and North America. He earned a BSc in Civil Engineering at Jimma University Ethiopia, an MTech at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay India, and a PhD from the Washington State University USA. He has functioned as a professor and offered undergraduate and graduate level classes for several academic institutions. Dr. Zelelew’s key technical specialties include transportation engineering, economics, statistics, and advanced computing. Other areas of experience include forensic engineering, value engineering, and transportation engineering education and training. Dr. Zelelew is an active member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), ASCE Geo-Institute, Association of Asphalt Paving Technologies (AAPT), and Transportation Research Board (TRB). He is an author or co-author of more than thirty papers in the areas of transportation engineering. Dr. Zelelew has received prestigious scholarships, honors, and awards from Jimma University, Washington State University, University of Texas at San Antonio, and National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA), and Marquis Who’s Who in America. Samrawit Wondimu Staff Engineer Ms. Wondimu performs analyses and design required for various construction projects. She performs construction monitoring and coordinates field activities. She assists in the preparation of reports, contracts, and proposals. She graduated from Wollo University Ethiopia with a BSc in civil engineering and holds MSc in road and transport engineering. Terry Guggenbuehl Network Engineer Mr. Guggenbuehl brings over twenty years of highly-varied web design skills to the team. Working for educational, business and public sector clients, he delivered data-rich and creatively designed websites. He has extensive experience with assessing web sites for usability and accessibility.
